Introduction and consultation
After getting acquainted and receiving a written assignment from you, we can begin providing advice on the rental price and rental strategy.
Marketing
We share the property within our exclusive network of over 5,000 home seekers and expats. In addition, the property is listed on our own website, rental platforms, and social media channels.
Viewings
We organize property viewings with suitable candidates. In consultation with you, viewings can take place seven days a week, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Screening
Potential tenants are thoroughly screened, including checks on identity and income.
Lease agreement
The lease agreement is prepared by us and tailored to your wishes and situation. The agreement can be digitally signed by both parties.
Inspection and key handover
We prepare the inspection reports prior to handover. After payment confirmation, we arrange the key handover.
